My introduction to many social justice concepts was Youtube. And, while I loved the platform, I noticed that there weren’t many Latinxs/Chicanxs taking part in the important discourse happening on youtube. As such, I decided to be the representation I wanted to see on the youtube. I make social justice videos that touch on issues that affect Latinxs, QTPOC, and other marginalized groups, as well as media criticism essays that unpack the social implications of a particular piece of art.
